• Each piece ships within 3–5 business days of your order.
• Orders ship via the carrier and service you select at checkout (rates are calculated live for your address). You'll receive tracking by email once it's on its way.
• Every piece is an original, so it's packed with care to arrive safely.

Returns

Each work is a one-of-a-kind original, so all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, please email sapphireandiceart@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging, and we'll make it right.
